DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., having its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT No. RO27987796, matriculation number 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian acting as court-appointed liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered at the Trade Register Office by the Cluj Court under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed according to Civil Ruling No. 1278 of 03.07.2025 issued by the Specialized Court of Cluj, file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this notice. The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L.’s office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same hour.
For asset inspection, the liquidator will organize a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator to express their intention to participate prior to the established date.
Upon sale, the liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the winning amount. Conversion into RON will be based on the BNR exchange rate applicable on the invoice issue date.
The bid increment is 5% of the starting price.
The bidding documentation required to participate in the auction will be prepared by the liquidator according to industry standards, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. It can be purchased from the liquidator’s office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant by email.
The bidding guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The bidding guarantee will be deducted from the purchase price for the winning bidder and will be refunded to non-winning participants.
In the case of equal offers, the successful bidder will be the one undertaking to pay the full price in the shortest time.
The payment term is 5 working days from the award. If the remaining price is not paid, the winner will forfeit the guarantee and will be excluded from future auctions.
