Gantry Crane Beam Extension Set

CORMAK Zestaw rozszerzenia bramy do suwnicy PK1

Beam extensions for gantry cranes – increase the reach of your crane

Beam extensions are professional accessories for gantry cranes that allow you to increase the working width of the structure. They are used wherever the standard crane width is insufficient – particularly in wide production halls, warehouses and industrial facilities. Manufactured from durable and resistant materials, they ensure reliability and long service life even in intensive working environments.
Greater functionality and safety

The extensions allow for easy adaptation of the crane to individual requirements, expanding its range of applications without the need to purchase a larger model. The maximum lifting capacity of the crane with extensions is 800 kg. However, it should be noted that when the extension exceeds 200 mm, the load capacity is further reduced. For this reason, it is essential to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and carry out regular technical inspections of all crane components, including the extensions.
Key product features:

Enable quick and safe increase of the crane’s working width
Simple installation – the set includes two extensions ready for mounting
Robust construction – high-strength steel profiles
Operational safety – compliant with industrial standards and health and safety requirements
Compatible with CORMAK gantry cranes and other structurally compatible models

Usage guidelines:

Gantry crane extensions should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, particularly with regard to the reduction in load capacity after installation. The minimum extension width is 200 mm, and each additional increase results in a further reduction of the maximum lifting capacity. Regular technical inspections and proper maintenance are essential to ensure full operational safety.
Applications of beam extensions

The product is ideally suited for industries such as logistics, industrial manufacturing, steel structure assembly, the automotive industry and others. Versatility, durability and build quality make it an excellent choice for companies that expect flexibility and reliability from their equipment.
